Our team will be proactive in the getting the designs for your home done as soon as possible. It requires the quick response of customer too with the changes and alterations needed. Usually it takes 7-14 days to complete the design phase which includes 3D designs, 2D production drawings, Material and color selection.
No, there will not be any hidden charges from the estimate. GST will be charged in addition to the estimate.
There won’t be a change in the design until unless the requirement or specification changes
If the customer wants to cancel the order after the booking payment, they will get a refund of 50% of the booking amount. But if the cancellation is happening after the second payment, there will not be any refunds
Day 1 will be counted once the second payment gets reflected to our account
There is a minimal time required for us to fabricate the cabinets and to install it with proper quality check. So it will be difficult for us to get a full house interiors done in 20 days time. Still you can check with our designer whether there is any possibility.
We understand that in order to bring your home as per your concept we might have to make some modifications in the existing structure of the house. It might be demolition of a wall, changing the flooring, etc…. We are happy to take those civil works too which brings out the better output
Yes, we will be showing you the original material samples which we have displayed in our experience center. But we might not be able to show you the full sheet, it might be a small piece of that material
Our working hours will be 10am to 7pm on all days. Our design team will be working on Sunday where as execution team will be off on sundays
Our execution team will be updating you the status in regular intervals through whatsapp or email
Project Manager will be present at site almost all the days. Branch Manager will also be tracking the project on a daily basis and will be inspecting the site on regular intervals.
If you find any issues regarding the work after the work agreement approval, you can report in the following hierarchy

2) Branch manager
Our execution team will be able to execute the project totally based on the work agreement document. It includes every details. So customer presence is not required for us at the time of execution

Warranty Certificate will be issued after the full payment remittance
Once the customer moves in to their brand new home, our team visit your home to check once whether all our products/services are functioning properly
