9. Make the second payment (40% of the project value)-Day1

10. Reaches “Good To Go” stage

Execution Phase

11. On-site works start by Day 8

12. Modular Cabinet production – Day 1 to Day 20

13. Delivery of modular cabinets – Day 20

14.Make third payment (45% of the project value)

15. Installation starting

16. First round quality check

17. Finishing work of all units

18. Second round quality check

19. Handover

20. Make the final 5% of the payment

Post Handover

21. Warranty certificate provided

22. Functional check

23. Photoshoot

24. One free service within a span of one year
